We proudly butcher all our steak in-house, selecting only the finest Norfolk-grazed cows to ensure exceptional quality, flavour and tenderness.

Our dedication to local sourcing goes beyond the kitchen, we work closely with a network of independent, family-run suppliers across Norfolk to bring the very best ingredients to your plate and into your glass.

Our Cake Policy

At The Ratcatchers, our ethos is simple: Meat. Bread. Pasta.
Everything made by us – by hand – in our own kitchen.

Because of this commitment to craft, quality, and consistency, we do not allow guests to bring in their own cakes or desserts. If external cakes are brought in, our front of house team will kindly ask that they be taken out of the restaurant.

We absolutely encourage celebrating with us, so if you’re joining us for a special occasion, please let us know when booking.

Our chefs may well have a surprise up their sleeves to help make the moment memorable.
